### Introduction to RENJIE 70CF20 Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon

The RENJIE 70CF20 is an advanced Carbon Fiber Nylon Composite engineered for high-performance industrial applications. Formulated with a Nylon 66 matrix and reinforced with 20% carbon fiber by mass fraction, this Reinforced Nylon Material delivers exceptional mechanical performance. Compared to traditional metals, Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon offers significantly lower density, enabling lightweight design, reduced product weight, and lower energy consumption.

This Carbon Fiber Nylon Parts material exhibits excellent wear resistance, self-lubricating properties, and high mechanical strength. The strategic addition of carbon fiber drastically improves tensile strength, bending strength, and impact strength, allowing components to withstand substantial external forces while maintaining a high elastic modulus. Furthermore, 70CF20 retains strong stiffness at elevated temperatures. It is important to note that this carbon fiber reinforced compound remains slightly hygroscopic post-molding, with the degree of moisture absorption depending on material composition, wall thickness, and environmental conditions.

#### Processing Grades: Injection Molding vs. Extrusion

**Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon is available in two primary processing grades tailored to specific manufacturing needs: * Injection Molding Grade: Designed specifically for injection molds, where compounds are injected into the mold cavity and formed after cooling and solidification. * Extrusion Grade: Heated and melted via an extruder to produce continuous profiles such as 3D printing filaments, pipes, rods, and plates.**

Compared to ordinary nylon, this CFRTP Nylon maintains superior strength and stiffness at high temperatures and features a higher heat deformation temperature. It also demonstrates excellent resistance to harsh chemicals, including acids, alkalis, and salts, making it ideal for long-term use in demanding environments.

### Application of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon in Civilian Drones

With the rapid advancement of civilian drone technology across aerial photography, environmental protection, meteorological monitoring, and search and rescue, component performance requirements have intensified. Drones frequently operate in extreme conditions, from deserts to polar regions, necessitating materials that balance lightweight properties with high load-bearing capabilities. To address these challenges, RENJIE has developed specialized Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon and CFRTP Nylon materials optimized for superior flight performance.

#### Body Structure and Fuselage

Civilian drones demand exceptional fuselage strength and stability. Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon provides ultra-high strength and modulus to withstand complex external forces, vibrations, and impacts during flight. Its low-density characteristics significantly reduce fuselage weight, directly improving flight efficiency and endurance.

#### Wings and Blades

Wings and blades must generate sufficient lift, requiring strict material rigidity and fatigue resistance. This Carbon Fiber Nylon Composite withstands immense pressure and inertial forces, ensuring structural integrity and extending service life. The lightweight nature of the material reduces the moment of inertia, lowering power system energy consumption and enhancing flight response speed.

#### Landing Gear and Precision Components

Landing gear requires high impact resistance to absorb shock during takeoff and landing. RENJIE’s Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon provides stable support and cushioning, ensuring flight safety. Additionally, for high-accuracy components like UAV flight control system brackets and sensor housings, the material’s excellent dimensional stability guarantees reliability under varying environmental conditions.

RENJIE provides comprehensive performance analysis for drone parts, ensuring excellent drop resistance and extended battery life. Our technical team has established long-term aging test platforms for drone blades and collaborates closely with customers to design easily assembled parts, improving overall production efficiency.

*### Optimizing Carbon Fiber Content in CFRTP Nylon Does a higher carbon fiber content always yield better performance? The answer is no. Performance depends on finding the optimal balance based on specific application requirements and processing technology. #### Mechanical Properties **• Advantages: Within an optimal range, increasing carbon fiber content enhances strength and stiffness. For instance, in chopped carbon fiber reinforced Nylon 66, impact resistance improves as fibers absorb energy through pullout and fracture mechanisms.****• Disadvantages: Excessive carbon fiber content can degrade mechanical properties. High concentrations make uniform dispersion difficult, leading to agglomeration and internal defects that weaken the material.** #### Processing Performance **• Advantages: Moderate carbon fiber content improves processing by increasing melt viscosity, which enhances dimensional stability during injection molding.****• Disadvantages: Too much carbon fiber significantly increases melt viscosity and reduces fluidity. This makes mold filling difficult, potentially causing defects like short shots and porosity.** #### Durability and Toughness **• Advantages: Carbon fiber inherently offers excellent wear and corrosion resistance. Appropriate reinforcement extends the service life of Nylon components.****• Disadvantages: Over-reinforcement can compromise toughness. High carbon fiber content makes the material overly rigid, increasing brittleness and susceptibility to breakage under impact or bending.** ### ### ### | Product Description | Carbon fiber reinforced nylon | | --- | --- | | RenJie®Grade | 70CF20/70CF30/70CF15 | | Base Polymer | Polyamide 66(PA66) | | Volume Resistivity On Specimen | < 1E5 ohm.cm | | Surface Resistance On Specimen | < 1E6 ohm/sq | | Characteristic | Carbon fiber reinforced | | Processing | Injection | | Features | High strength and wear resistance | | Applications | Injection molded parts, 3D printing filaments | ### Related products View all*
