RENJIE® — Your Global PEEK Machining Partner
RENJIE® is an innovative company specialising in high-performance engineering plastics and PEEK machining. We provide global customers with a one-stop service that runs from PEEK granules to PEEK sheet and rod, and on to precision machining of finished parts.
Years of accumulated process know-how, combined with advanced production equipment, let us respond quickly to customer requirements and deliver customised PEEK machined parts — with material, geometry and inspection handled under one roof rather than across three suppliers.
Our Core Advantages
Full-industry-chain service
From raw material procurement and material modification, through sheet and rod manufacturing, to CNC precision machining — genuinely one-stop PEEK machining. One purchase order, one specification conversation, one point of accountability for dimensional and performance consistency.
Strong customisation capability
We select material flexibly against customer drawings, dimensions and performance requirements — pure PEEK, glass-fibre reinforced PEEK and carbon-fibre reinforced PEEK — and combine it with CNC turning, milling, drilling and related processes to meet diverse application needs.
Strict quality control
High-standard inspection is applied at every stage: raw material pre-treatment, processing and finished-product testing. Every part is dimensionally accurate with stable performance, and the inspection record follows the part.
Rapid delivery
Mature production processes and efficient project management shorten the design-to-delivery cycle, so customers can move on market opportunities instead of waiting on tooling.
PEEK Machining Customisation Process
| Step | What happens | What we need from you |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Requirements communication | Drawings, specifications, performance characteristics and application scenario are reviewed | 2D drawing / 3D model, quantity, target performance |
| 2. Solution design | Engineers develop the machining solution — material selection, process route, and mould design where required | Confirmation of material and tolerance intent |
| 3. Raw material preparation | Standard-compliant PEEK sheet or rod is selected and pre-treated, including drying | — |
| 4. Machining | Precision manufacturing on CNC machining centres, with strict control of cutting parameters | — |
| 5. Quality inspection | Dimensions, appearance and performance checked with precision measuring instruments | Inspection standard or critical dimensions |
| 6. Post-processing | Deburring, polishing and heat treatment to improve precision and appearance | Surface finish requirement |
| 7. Packaging and delivery | Packed to customer requirements, with quality certification documents supplied | Packaging and documentation requirements |
Step 1 — Requirements communication. Customers provide drawings, specifications, performance characteristics and application scenarios for the PEEK machined parts.
Step 2 — Solution design. Engineers develop the machining solution from those requirements, covering material selection, process routes and mould design if required.
Step 3 — Raw material preparation. Standard-compliant PEEK sheet or bar is selected and pre-treated, for example by drying.
Step 4 — Machining and manufacturing. Precision manufacturing is carried out on CNC machining centres with strict control over cutting parameters.
Step 5 — Quality inspection. Dimensions, appearance and performance are inspected using precision measuring instruments.
Step 6 — Post-processing. Deburring, polishing and heat treatment improve product precision and appearance.
Step 7 — Packaging and delivery. Packaging follows customer requirements, and quality certification documents are provided to ensure safe, timely delivery.
Application Areas
PEEK machined products are widely used in aerospace, medical equipment, electronic semiconductors and the automotive industry, among other fields.
With high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, high strength and light weight, PEEK machined parts perform exceptionally well even under the most demanding working conditions — which is why the material is specified where metal has reached its thermal or chemical limit.
